Welcome back, Eissmann #talents! Last week the participants of Eissmann Group Automotive returned to Reutlingen to continue their learning journey with the second module “New Collaborative Work” of the Talent Engine Program. We sent them on a mission into space during their #seriousgaming experience with Interpersonal Skills Lab. They were equipped with the most important and current tools for effective #collaboration and #leadership in their group work sessions. And of course, the Tower of Power was not to be missed 😉 Thank you, Arjan Kozica, Sven Janka, Jakob Löser, Alexander Stork for providing such a vivid and tangible learning experience! What qualifications should a Compliance Officer have? 🌎 💡 We, the Eissmann Group Automotive, have further developed our Compliance Management System and appointed Compliance Officers with different qualifications worldwide. 😀 🔥 To support our colleagues in their compliance function, we offer numerous training opportunities. One component will be the University of Pennsylvania's online digital compliance certificate courses on Coursera. 🏋♀️ 🔝 To set a good example, I have now successfully completed the first of four courses, namely "What is Compliance". It's always a great experience to continue your education. This basic course has given me some new insights and it motivates me to make a modern and effective contribution to success of the company together with our great compliance team. Of course, I have already signed up for the next compliance courses at the University of Pennsylvania. #turningideasintoexcitement #compliance #education #lifelonglearning
